How to Eat Enough

When training twice a day every day it is important to be eating enough. It can be confusing to know when you eat a lot of food and are well aware of the food piramid however you are still getting tired. The best way is to make sure you have a really ballanced diet with protein, lots of carbs and lots of vegetables. Also, trying to fit in superfoods is a great way to be on top of your game.


Beyond that, a big change that helped my training was eating during training. If you are on water for 2 hours and have only eaten a piece of toast after waking up at 4:30am, you need to start eating during your trainings. This way you won't feel tired towards the back end of your sessions and will be able to perform well all day.


Eating before, during and after will help your recovery and will support your body throughout the week of serious training. Treat eating as just as much of a job as your training is and the results will show.
