A Passion to Row

Although have being born in New Zealand I have lived in Australia for over 10 years and have always had a great passion for sport. Unfortunately, I have never really been good at any of them until I found Rowing. Picking up my first oar at Guildford Grammar School in 2016 I instantly found a love for the sport of rowing. In 2017 I had my first success by being apart of the First VIII+ that won the PSA Head of the River for the first time in 24 years. Following graduating at GGS, I was selected for the WA Pathway system where I was put into the West Australian Rowing Club and started training as an Elite Athlete. I have now received a Scholarship at the Western Australian Institute of Sport and train daily with WA's best sports scientists and coaches.  I am to reach the Olympics in 2024 or 2028 and aim to have a successful collection of international representations.

I love rowing and love sharing my rowing passion with others, either with my club mates or back at my old school where I now coach younger amateur rowers.
