Keeping Cool and Calm in the Heat

As rowers we do a lot of kms and a lot of hours of training before competition. However there are going to be a lot of days where the pressure will be on and your performance may be off. You might not be hitting speeds and might be fatigued. It's important in these situations to maintain a calm cool head and just stay consistent with what you know moves the boat.
